Sweet Remembrances Portraits, the old-time photo parlor, has been a Rockport tradition for over two decades where people dress in costumes for a nostalgic photo, depicting another era in time. The studio is set up and run much like a studio from the 1800's with the exception of 21st century technology. The result of this fun experience is captured in a high quality portrait that looks like it came directly from your grandmother's attic. Owner Zorylee Diaz-Lupitou attributes the longstanding success to the original owners who "always made sure that exceptional quality was present at every level; the studio atmosphere, the equipment used, the products, and, above all, the customer service." To travel back in time in a costume from your favorite era, visit Sweet Remembrances. Sweet Remembrances also offers traditional portraits, specializing in family portraiture. The studio is open daily starting in April, but hours vary, so call or visit the website for information.
